Generally, M.W.D. Outdoors LLC. will perform subcontracting work for any company provide they subscribe to a simliar set of values and business ethics. This type of subcontracting work is often an excellent way for smaller companies to provide "full service" outdoor property maintenance.
For example, your company might not be licenced or certified to apply fertilizer or herbicides. By partnering with M.W.D. Outdoors LLC. you can give yourself and your customer a one stop solution.
Smaller companies that subcontract to us should not be concerned about losing customers. Part of the process includes signing agreements stating that neither party will attempt to take customers from the other.
When the snow begins to fall, M.W.D. is always looking for snow plow and deicing (salting and sanding) subcontractors. Subcontractors must have their own cell phone, plow truck and liability insurance. Pay depends on the size of the truck and plow, experience and availability (100% of the time is often required). Subcontractors will need to present proof of insurance at the time of hire.
